The Chorlton Arts Festival runs from the 17th to the 24th May 2020.
Here is the place you can submit poems on the theme of the area of Chorlton, to be part of a different kind of poetry event. This is not a poetry competition in which a winning entry is chosen by a judge. Instead we invite poets and writers to upload their work to a wide ranging celebration of Chorlton in poetry and prose.
We will try to be as inclusive as possible and hope to publish most of the pieces you send in.
We do need an editorial policy, no racism, maybe not too long, but we hope to accept as much work as possible to create a whole collection, a Poetry Spred to include many voices and a sense of Chorlton itself from many different points of views.
The Chorlton Poetry Spred 2020 is open to all ages but if you are 16 or under please include your age.
